October 2010 Mentoring Session: Taking Charge of Your Brand with Caroline Dabu
Please join us for our October 2010 Professional Development Mentoring Session as CAROLINE DABU, Vice President, Head of Retirement, Financial Planning Strategy and Marketing, BMO Private Client Group, speaks on the topic of 'Taking Charge of Your Brand'.

Caroline Dabu is responsible for developing and driving the marketing strategies for BMO Financial Group’s wealth businesses in Canada.
She is also Head of BMO’s Retirement and Financial Planning Group, responsible for financial planning strategies and retirement products and solutions. In 2005, she led BMO’s most comprehensive study on retirement trends, establishing BMO as the recognized expert on retirement issues in Canada today.
Her career in the investment industry began over 16 years ago at ScotiaMcLeod. In 2000 she joined BMO as Head of Marketing for BMO Nesbitt Burns. She has extensive experience in building and rebuilding teams, strategic planning and marketing in the wealth management category.
Caroline is Past Chair of the Board for Women in Capital Markets, an organization dedicated to attracting, retaining and advancing women in the financial services industry. She also serves as Chair of BMO Private Client Group’s Diversity Committee and recently joined the Corporate Advisory Board of the Toronto chapter of the Urban Financial Services Coalition.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Journalism Honours Degree from Carleton University in Ottawa.
