Topics to be covered include:

    * Professional image; what it is and why it’s important
    * Dress Up? Dress Down? What to wear—business formal, business casual business social events
    * Assessing your image—head to toe assessment; tips for enhancement
    * Being authentic—incorporating your personal style into your professional image
    * Details, details, details—shoes, accessories, grooming
    * Putting it all together—acting professionally in every situation

 
 
Format:  Informal, practical, interactive, with lots of visuals and opportunity for activities, discussion and questions.  Participants will receive handouts to use as a reference.

ANNE SOWDEN'S  BIO
Certified Image Consultant
 
Image specialist Anne Sowden helps men and women present themselves with confidence and impact. This could include assessing their wardrobes, taking them shopping, helping with verbal and non verbal communication, or reviewing business and social etiquette.
 
Anne is a Certified Professional Member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), and a Past President of the Canada/Toronto Chapter. She received her image training from Body Beautiful Institute, California; George Brown College, and The International Image Institute and also has a certificate in instructing adults from George Brown.
