UFSC Toronto Professional Development Session: 'IF I TALK, WILL YOU LISTEN?'

Please join us for our April UFSC Toronto Group Professional Development Session with GLORIA PIERRE, President, Clearly Speaking.

This workshop will address three fundamental elements of communication: Listening, Voice and Vocabulary. Attendees will be engaged in activities, vocal exercises and tongue twisters in all three segments of this workshop.

The objective of the workshop is to teach attendees to:
  1. heighten their awareness of communication;
  2. learn how to listen better;
  3. command attention and respect with a strong vocal presence;
  4. enliven conversations by using the many words they already know.
Please see embedded document at the bottom for complete details on the session.

By the end, attendees will understand that how they communicate is how they are perceived and how they are perceived is how they are treated. And they will know how to communicate better!
