Dave Bowman's business experience spans thirty years. The majority of that time was spent at Xerox where Dave held a variety of executive positions in Sales, Service and Finance. After a successful career at Xerox he joined DST Canada as EVP Client Relations and Business Development. Dave was appointed to the Board of Directors for the company three months after his arrival. DST is an outsourcer of Record Keeping and Transfer Agency Services to the Mutual Fund Market.
He joined TELUS Enterprise Solutions in 2001 as Vice President, Sales in Toronto. He currently holds a Sales Director position in the Financial Services Enterprise Group and has responsibility for the Banking and Insurance Sector delivering more than $130 million annually.
Known for his leadership and problem solving skills, Dave has been called upon to head a number of business improvement initiatives. He has experience in the disciplines of Six Sigma, Empowered Work Groups and Solution Selling. Among his achievements the one he is most proud of is his seventeen President’s Club Awards at Xerox and TELUS, and the first ever recipient of the Mentor Leadership Award at TELUS.
Dave is active in the community with organizations like the Childhood Cancer Foundation, Chair of the Corporate Walk for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and past work with Junior Achievement. He has enjoyed coaching children’s baseball and hockey. Dave lives with his wife Marie in Oakville, Ontario.
