West End Spring/Summer 2010 Group Golf Clinics with Instructor Glenmore Brown

Starting the week of May 22 at Centennial Park Golf Course (Etobicoke)

Glenmore Brown is a Certified Instructor, Canadian Golf Teachers Certified Instructor, and Golfsmith Advance Clubfitter.

Venue: Centennial Park Golf Course, Etobicoke

Class Duration: Six One (1) hour sessions
Class Size: 6 -8 students
Class Schedule: Saturdays – 8:00am to 9:00am OR
                          Tuesdays – 6:00pm to 7:00 pm
Start Date: Saturday, May 22 / Tuesday, May 25
End Date: Saturday, June 26 / Tuesday, June 29
 

FEES: $150 (includes GST)
$50 deposit and post dated cheque (dated May 22/25, as applicable) for $100.00 made payable to ‘AKB Group' required upon sign up.  All funds to be delivered to PD Committee.
 
Cash or cheque only, made payable to ‘Glenmore Browne'.
 
OTHER DETAILS:
Each class is limited to only 6-8 students to provide a more personal quality of instruction.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Limited space available. Only 12-16 spots open (6-8 students per session) on a first come first serve basis (based on receipt of the $50 deposit and post dated cheque for $100.00). Open to UFSC Guests however priority will be given to UFSC members.

If you would like to pay via PayPal please indicate so in your RSVP e-mail and we will send you a PayPal link for the deposit.
 
Note: A PayPal service charge of $1.50 will apply for the $50 deposit and a service charge of $4.78 will apply if you choose to pay the entire $150 fee via PayPal.

Payment by Mail:
